Please support H.R. 9076 when it reaches the house floor. Native families deserve support from the federal government, especially when it comes to keeping Native children with Native families. This bill includes critical provisions for tribes that receive funding under the Title IV-B child welfare programs, such as: - Increasing funding for tribal agencies and courts. - Reducing administrative burdens. - Enhancing data collection on Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) cases in states.

In summary, The RESTRICT Bill is the “TikTok Ban” that severely overreaches in its censorship and does far, far more than banning one application. It uses vague language that seeks to criminalize VPN usage that involves “circumventing government censorship” including VPN usage to access media “by foreign adversaries.” It gives the gov’t the ability to monitor all avenues of your personal online activity, including unrestricted access to your modem, router, and everything else you use to get onto the internet. It’s so bad that everyone on all sides of the spectrum hate it besides totalitarian ghouls.

The internet is a basic necessity for me and many people like me in our Central Florida community. Without the open internet, we lose our ability to learn, share and communicate in this modern world.

I believe internet providers should not have the power to discriminate against certain types of content. Forcing customers to use certain sites in internet "fast lanes" will squash innovation and competition. It may destroy the livelihood of many people who depend on a free and open internet to run and advertise their own independant business or website. It will silence the voices of people of color and other marginalised groups. And most important to me, it will cease the ease of communication I have with my family and loved ones around the world.

I’m urging FCC Chairman Ajit Pai to preserve real Net Neutrality under the FCC’s existing rules and keep broadband internet access classified under Title II.
