The Royal Red Robin Burger is a classic and delicious burger featuring a juicy beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, fresh veggies, and a tangy special sauce.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of tomato. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 2 tbsp yellow mustard. 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 tsp hot sauce optional.

Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Make 4 patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size. Add pepper and salt. Put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they are done the way you like them. Cover and add a slice of cheddar cheese to top of each patty in the last minute of cooking. This will melt the cheese. Toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly browned while the burgers are cooking. Put mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce if using in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. On top of the sauce, put a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a burger patty with melted cheese, bacon, and red onion. Put the other half of the bun on top. Put the Royal Red Robin Burgers on the table right away with your favorite side dishes.
