My first guesses who you are referring to are Atlas and Soleil from Killing You with Kisses While They Get the Knife! (Slasher/Human/College AU)

And honestly, if you are taller than both of them, they have some concerns. They are both already SUPER tall. Soleil is an inch off from 7’ at 6’11” and Atlas is not too far behind at 6’8” if he’s standing at his full height (though he’s usually slouched at 6’5”) if you are taller than Atlas slouched, they have some questions. If you are taller than Soleil, they are asking if you’ve seen a doctor about your spine, because Soleil sure has for most of his life, and it isn’t pretty. But let’s say you just are that tall! Soleil is happy to be able to not look down for once! It is a blessing on his neck. Atlas is upset that he isn’t able to loom over you, but he knows it won’t stop him from being menacing when he needs to be!

But really over all, they don’t care. They just worry about your back and neck.

Next guesses are The Pizzaplex Nighttime Mechanic Sun and Moon! (Mechanic!ReaderAU)

Reader is a mechanic in this AU and is supposed to be human that goes along with the fic, so being taller than them should be physically impossible at their 9’ heights. But let’s say you are a fellow animatronic! They are so excited to see a fellow tall bot wandering the building that isn’t stuck like DJMM! Sun looks up to you with stars in his eyes! Moon seems a little miffed at being shorter than someone besides the gigantic spider DJ and his counterpart, but they do share a body after all. He gets over it though.

They enjoy that you are large. It feels fun to them, even if it might prevent them from taking control easier. Size is fun, but they love you no matter what.

Last guesses are Don’t Go in the Woods Sun and Moon! (CreatureAU)

Reader is a human in this universe and Sun and Moon are described to be “bigger than bears” on their hind legs, (I’ll flat out let you know, Sun is 8’9” without his rays factored in and Moon is 9’ even standing tall) Being taller than them is also physically impossible in this universe.

Unless you are another creature or a large type of Fae. Then you have a chance at being bigger than them. Both Solar and Lunar creatures are bigger than Day and Night creatures (what Sun and Moon are) so it isn’t as if they have never seen at least one creature bigger than them, it is just a rarity, especially with how creatures are near extinct now. They would marvel in your size and Moon may pull you down to talk to him so your eyes are level. He doesn’t have to do it with Sun with the day creature being smaller than him.
