Holden really likes bears. He is deeply fascinated by brown bears in particular. He knows lots of random facts about bears and their ⁠habits and what they do

He has a love-hate relationship with plays and scripts. Whilst he does like the occasional story, he finds that a lot of them are unrealistic and misleading (much like Holden Caulfield)

Holden’s favourite class was English. He loved to study books and be able to write. His favourite was poetry, he always loved looking at different poems

^he especially likes Shakespeare’s work, and the way it typically ends in tragedy and dismay

Holden is bad with crowds or gatherings, so he never went to any school proms or homecomings, he’d always skip them. His parents so desperately wanted him to go, so he’d always pretend to go and then blow off the actual event and go somewhere else

He enjoys soft foods. Holden can be quite infant like sometimes, enjoying stuffed toys and soft foods

^ he sometimes will chew on his hoodie strings or sleeves, especially when anxious. He doesn’t really do it in public though

Holden writes out all the paragraphs and phrases from ‘The catcher in the rye’ that he relates to or really likes. He has an entire notebook dedicated to the book, filled with doodles of Holden Caulfield and other related things

Holden also loves duckies and little birds. Every summer and spring he goes round to the pond to feed the birds. He’s smart though, and brings proper bird seed and bird food for the ducks and swans instead of bread

He probably has a silly ‘enemies list’ at the back of one of his notebooks, just somewhere where he can write down all his rage and anger. He will write down the persons name and then scribble a few mean things about them.

^ Holden’s too much of a softie to actually DO anything to anybody, but he finds it helpful to write the stuff down

Holden goes through phases of his favourite things. Sometimes it’s a colour, an animal, a movie etc. so when he’s going through this fixations he often smothers his room in related things

Holden is totally a cat man. He likes both dogs and cats, but dogs can be a little startling and he’s very sensitive. So he prefers cats; calmed, quieter and much less jumpy

When holden gets stressed out or deeply upset, he often resorts to hair pulling as a way of relief. In High School he pulled out so much hair he started to get bald patches on the back of his head. He will grab fistfuls of his hair and just tug and tug and pull till he calms down

Holden used to grow his nails quite long so he could scratch his skin, particularly his forearms. The wounds were never very deep at all, but he would scratch at his skin relentlessly until it broke

Holden goes in and out of smoking phases. Sometimes he’ll quit and be clean for a while, and other times he’ll be chainsmoking like a madman

I sometimes wonder if, back in his Auror days, Professor Sharp knew that the Gaunts were guilty of using the Dark Arts in ways that could send them to Azkaban for the rest of their lives. However, like many well connected aristocrats, they were clever enough to cover their tracks. So, unfortunately, Sharp and his partner were never able to find any hard evidence or witnesses willing to testify; therefore making it impossible for them or anyone else to formally charge the Gaunts of any wrongdoing.

After becoming a professor [assuming he taught for a while and that at least a few of the Gaunt children were somewhat close in age], I’d imagine he would’ve watched all the Gaunts he taught like a hawk; maybe even have been extra severe on them out of frustration that their family continued to escape justice. Sort of in the same vein as Snape, but still nowhere near to the extremes he took it.

I could also see Sharp starting out the same way with Ominis, but he very quickly realizes that the poor boy is absolutely nothing like his family; the complete opposite, in fact. As a result, Sharp becomes a bit softer; perhaps, even a little extra protective and encouraging, especially considering Ominis’s rubbish Potions skills. 🤭

is it specifically the lesbians' part or just the winning prizes part cause I gotta say I enjoyed that in birds of a feather

kid would be HILAROUS he'd either be really good at it and he smug as shit or REALLY REALLY bad at it and you gotta leave bc he's about to fight a carnie

competition between marco and sabo on who can win you the biggest prize at the carnival just a fun little game before yall are actually seeing eachother and the fam is there too and bam the first winner is bestie ace and he gets the hug and a kiss on the cheek >> izou then sneaks by being the 2nd giving the two of them smug ass look and then it's an all out competition to win you prizes by all the brothers lmaoooo you walk home barely able to carry them all

The Whitebeard Boys descending on a carnival and the carnies just all sigh. It’s not all bad though, they’ll clean out the prizes, tickets and food, and the crowds they tend to bring keep the rides going and the more destructive gangs/families at bay.

I love the competition idea - at the end of it all, it’s Pops who wins, coming in out of nowhere and giving you like some massive white teddy plushie you need someone else to carry for you cause you can’t lift it over your head to be able to See Anything xD

Kid I think is good at those games. I can see him having spent time working carnival gigs as an under the table deal when he was 13/14 and needing work.

Sanji wants to be good at carnival games, but he’s more likely to be gifted wins by his date than win anything for them.

Robin is ruthlessly good at them - Nami too.

Crocodile and Doffy are middling, but smart, patient, and rich enough to get to the prize quickly.

Zoro’s not bad at them, he’s just not invested.

Law is kind of bad at them, but patient and tactical and driven enough to get there.

Shachi is AWFUL at them.

Penguin is solidly good at them.

Shanks plays at being awful but then nails the goal six times in a row and you’re not buying the whole beginner’s luck BS.

Mihawk is efficient.

She keeps a box of polaroids under her bed and all of them are of her best friends

She collects all sorts of memorabilia of meaningful places, times, etc and saves them all in volumes of scrapbooks she carefully puts together and decorates

Uses a traveler's notebook for planning, decorates it with lots of charms

Made decoden phone cases for her friends but never used one herself bc she likes smooth cases

Carries around an omamori charm that her mother gave to her

Black belt in Judo and went to nationals. she would have placed first but ended up getting a bloody nose and had to forfeit. She went to nationals the next year (this time as team captain) and did place first and this time her opponent got the bloody nose (it was the same opponent who gave her the bloody nose)

loves cinnamon rolls with extra icing

Has a huge stuffed panda that she sleeps with

the way this ask made me giggle!!

I have so many head canons about Buck and Chris pranking Eddie with that Hildy coffee maker!! exactly as you described! but also thinking about Eddie texting Buck or phoning him to grumble about it - just like the call when Buck sent it to him!

I can also see Eddie eventually getting himself access to Bucks Hildy machines and getting in on the act - in a 'if you can't beat them join them' kind of way and I head canon it spiralling into ridiculousness and getting out of hand until they have to call a truce. and now with Eddie struggling Buck resurrects the Hildy nonsense just to make Eddie smile but also because he knows Eddie getting a nice coffee is an act of care - it also reminds Eddie that Buck is there for him and that he cares which is also healing in its own way

When Deeks got his hair cut for FLETC, he sent a picture to Roger Bates with the caption, “After all these years, you finally get your wish.” A couple hours later he got a text back that said: Don’t send me a selfie ever again. And you need a new barber.

Techno is the criminal that Phil chased the longest, even before Techno moved into more white-collar crimes like “retrieval Specialist” Phil was often sent after him, due to Phil’s own past in special ops before transitioning to insurance fraud. Phil refuses to fight if he can avoid it, and isn’t nearly as good as Technoblade, but if it comes to it, he can hold his own better than most would expect. 

Technoblade hates guns, and prefers to use his fists or knives. Tommy used to make fun of him for being ineffective, but after he watched Techno take down someone using literally a pocket knife, Tommy backed off. 

Wilbur moonlights as a musician and has desperately wanted to get famous for his music, but now he can’t because of his criminal history. Now he mainly just plays in small venues in Portalnd or nearby cities. 

Tubbo has like,,, four separate safe houses. Each member of the team knows about one of them and they all think they know about the one. Tommy knows there are other because Tubbo asked him to help set up security at them and Tommy was sworn to secrecy. 

Tubbo’s parents fostered Tommy from the time Tommy was about four until he was seven. They weren’t exactly great parents, and Tubbo ran away. Tommy did too, but they got separated,and Tommy was removed from the home. It took them about two months to get along well enough to realize who the other actually was, and once they did they became inseparable. 

No one is sure if Dream and George are dating or if they are just,,, like that. Sapnap swears that there is no way in hell that they are dating, but Quackity swears he walked in on them about to make out once, so no one is 100% sure. (They aren’t, but they’re just Like That and are a little bit co-dependant) 

Sapnap couldn’t stand Quackity at first and literally threatened to break his hans on more than one occasion. 

Sapnap, Dream, and George were a crew for a few years and they worked under Bad and Skeppy, who have both now retired and just vibe on an island that they own and offer advice when needed. 

Bad and Skeppy did raise Sapnap, as much as they really had time to. They weren’t good parents, but in their defence they weren’t really trying to be parents. the kid just showed up after attempting to pickpocket Skeppy and Bad didn’t have the heart to let Skeppy turn him away  So they got a ten year old. 

Puffy was Dream’s mentor and is now also retired. She was mainly a grifter but doesn’t really run big cons anymore. She set up a psychic shop in Portland accidentally very close to where the SBI crew is and by extent Sam. She becomes very good friends with Sam, and lets him talk about the foster son he is trying to reconnect with while slowly realizing that he is talking about TommyInnit, one of the biggest names in hacking and a member of the SBI crew. 

She has no idea how to go about telling him that in a way that won’t result in him calling the cops, so she just has to watch him duke it out with Philza over Tommy. 

Somehow she becomes the occasional mediator. 

Puffy is also really good friends with Bad and visits his island on a regular basis when she is done with everyone’s shit. 

Eret is a musician that Wilbur considers to be his rival. Eret just likes to play and desperately wants to get famous for their music. 

Karl really likes physical contact, but has like, 0 sense of what is appropriate personal space, so he usually avoids touch. However, around the others, especially Sapnap and Quackity, he practically just hangs off of them because they don’t care that he does it.

Karl has memory problems due to a nasty fall he took once when he was younger. He can mostly remember things, but lots of his past, from about 15 back is just a blur. He occasionally forgets other things, and worries that one day he won’t be able to do what he loves. 

Quackity send money to his parents on a regular basis from different untraceable off shore accounts.
