fuck been busy lately but been thinking about this all day
au where philza got all his parenting advice from technoblade and thats why his parenting skills are so fucking wack.
other people would give him regular sane advice but if technoblade put in his two cents on the matter, even unintentionally, even if his opinion sounded off, philza just shrugs and goes along with it because after years of trusting technoblade on the battlefield and in war tactics, going with technoblades advice when he himself doesn't know is built into him at this point
technoblade is making it all up as he goes. but you bet your bottom dollar he follows whatever rules he makes up, and he definitely finds like weird loopholes to incentivize the kids to be good with.
this is why wilbur and tommy grow up so weird, because instead of philza being their single dad and technoblades the weird uncle, philza and technoblade baisically co-raised them, with technoblade being the defualt parenting opinion person
tommy wants a candy at 10:30 pm at night and asks if he can have one, wilbur chimes in he wants one if tommy gets one
both the kids are looking at philza but turn in snyc with him when philza starts looking at technoblade, who's sitting on a recliner reading a book before bed.
Philza doesn't even consider the kids should be in bed.
the thought occurs to technoblade, but he simply doesnt believe in set bedtimes unless they have somewhere to be.
however he does believe rowdy kids don't need candy when he's trying to read.
technoblade tells the kids they can have 1 each but that they wont get any more for the rest of the week if they eat them at night. and if they leave them on the counter to eat them in the mourning then he'll let them have 2 each and won't have to wait a full week to ask for more
wilbur thinks it over and leaves his on the counter, tommy follows suit just because wilbur did it
