I mentioned this on the Overnight Oats recipe but I am not a breakfast person. I just honestly do not have time, or give myself enough time, to have a nutritionally balanced meal. However, I am sold on this avocado toast! Guess I can’t afford a house since I’m buying every avocado available.
This meal doesn’t have a terribly difficult recipe nor did I measure anything out because I got too excited. The ratio of these ingredients is also based on preference. Honestly most of my recipes that I post here I just guess and check the measurements but if it works, it works!
Avocado Toast
2 Slices of Wheat Bread
1 overly ripe Avocado
Earth Balance
Sesame Seeds
Salt-Free Seasoning
Sriracha
1. Toast the bread (obviously) and cut avo in half.
2. Once bread is toasted spread Earth Balance onto the two pieces.
3. Spread the avocado, top with sesame seeds and salt free seasoning. I like to use salt-free seasoning because then it puts me in charge and limits my sodium intake. If you’d like you can add a little salt.
4. Top with a Sriracha and enjoy!
Super simple recipe with a super delicious outcome. Avocado toast can also have tons of variety so if you want you can top with something else like tomatoes, cheese, etc. Versatile!
