Demonstrating 5️⃣ push-ups in a row for the fifth and final day of the Push-Up Real Good Challenge by @naablevy. #pushuprealgood Nikki's 15-minute workout routine focuses on shoulder mobility/stability and thoracic mobility to improve your push-up. 📝I can't quite get through full range of motion when doing floor push-ups and doing multiple with proper form is a challenge for me. My go-to push-up for 10+ reps is standing with a wall. But for the last day of this challenge, I set my goal to 5 solid push-ups using the reformer box. ✔️Full range of motion ✔️Stable shoulders & elbows ✔️Stable pelvis & spine ✔️Smooth push-ups 🗝Form is key folks!
