If you can’t do pull ups, here is an exercise you can do at home to work up to them 💪⠀ ⠀ ✅ Start out by practicing a hang at the bottom. Hold on for 10 seconds or as long as you can if you can’t quite reach 10 yet. ( work on increasing your time each day until you can hold for 10 ). ⠀ ⠀ ✅ Then use the chair to practice holding at the top for 10 seconds or as long as you currently can ( even if it is just .05 seconds ). ⠀ ⠀ ✅ Lower yourself down as slow and controlled as you can. ⠀ ⠀ This counts as one rep. ⠀ ⠀ Repeat this for 5 sets of 10 reps each day. Focus on increasing your hold times and gaining more control as you lower yourself down. ⠀ ⠀ Give it a try!
