First impressions: super sweet (which I like), flavor is tasty (cherry limeade) and I had ample amounts of energy even after I finished my workout. Keep in mind I am a CNA who is on her feet all day lifting and all that jazz, I couldn't believe the amount of energy I had today compared to other days where I convince myself I don't need to workout because I'm so physically exhausted. I'll give this pre-workout a thumbs up!
