Meet: @teddy2zaddy Iβve struggled with weight/food all my life! I remember being teased almost daily in elementary and middle school about my weight. I used to let life knock me down and take over my physical health and even my mental health. But 2019 Iβve taken back control! Iβm 70 lbs down from my highest weight. I went from 346 lbs (left pic) to 276 lbs (right pic). Iβve found Intermittent Fasting and itβs worked very well for me. As far as intermittent fasting my window of time to eat is between 12pm and 8pm. I typically work 8am to 5pm so that time frame works best for me.It was tough at first but gets easier as time goes by. Now Iβm getting into the gym! I want to encourage those that feel as though they just arenβt capable. You are capable and you are worth all the effort you put into your health. Starting Tip: Remember why you started and hold fast to your goals. Donβt let the scale control you because that can consume you. Find things to do to get and keep you moving.
