INGREDIENTS ▪️ 1 can (14.5 oz.) chickpeas/garbanzo beans ▪️1⁄4 c. fresh lemon juice (approximately 1 large lemon) ▪️ 1⁄4 c. tahini ▪️ 1 clove garlic, minced ▪️ 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil ▪️ 1⁄2 - 1 tsp. kosher salt to taste ▪️ 1⁄2 tsp. ground paprika ▪️ 2 -3 tbsp. water ▪️ Vegetable crudités (zucchini, yellow squash, carrots) HOW TO 1. Combine tahini and lemon juice in a food processor, and process for 1 minute. Stir and pulse for 30 seconds 2. Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, Gina Spice, and salt to tahini mixture and pulse for 30 seconds. Stir and pulse for 30 seconds. 3. Drain and rinse chickpeas. Add half to processor and pulse for 1 minute. Stir mixture, add remaining chickpeas, and pulse 1-2 more minutes. 4. The mixture should now be thick and smooth. Add water and pulse to desired consistency. 5.
