So... I did a thing. While working fulltime, performing monthly, and moving. I've never actually tried in school really, either in my first undergrad degree or in the MBA program, so I'm pretty excited!
Hi!! Maybe you’ve answered, i’m New to your blog. What did you learn from your previous med application cycle that helped you with the one that got you into medical school? (Hope that makes sense) and you said you took the MCAT multiple times, did you feel you weren’t prepared the first time you had taken it? Also congratulations on the acceptance into med school.
Hiiii Thank you for your question and congratulations. Honestly the only thing that changed from my application where I didn’t get in to the application that got me accepted was my mcat score and the masters program I did. My previous mcat score weren’t as good and although I knew the material, I had to work on my test taking skills. The masters program I did was the Indiana msms program but there are other ones ( I have a list of programs on my page somewhere). Look for post bac/masters programs with linkage to a medical school preferably in the same institution. Mcat and gpa is very important regardless of the “holistic review” crap that most schools lie that they use. Shadowing, volunteering, research, extra curriculars are all good but mcat and gpa are probably more important. Please if you have any other questions, let me know
Nervous
I interviewed at a post bacc program less than a week ago and i am SOOOOOOOO nervous. If i get in I'll be guaranteed at least ONE interview this cycle for med school and that would be such an amazing opportunity! Praying i get in but i need to distract myself because they might not respond for another week :/
Cheat Sheet (Skit)
I remember gearing up for my PreCalculus final. My study squad and I were stressing. Logarithms, Quadratic Equations, Slope Formulas, Polynomial Functions, Inverse Functions, Exponential Functions, and the list of things to remember for the exam goes on. It’s so much!
But all of that was about to change. For our last class before the test, our instructor made an announcement. She said that we could write our own Cheat Sheet...one page...front to back!
She received a standing ovation. And in that moment, I knew I had to derive a video from that experience.
So here’s to Cheat Sheets.
Oh and we all passed the class 😁

I’m about to have my grad school orientation next week, so I drove around LA today and did some back to school shopping! I spent $150 at Muji and Kinokuniya for some school supplies and around $250 at Target for Business Casual/Professional clothes. I am so broke.
My physics notes for the summer so far.
I’m moved in! I will be starting classes at University of Pennsylvania this Tuesday! I’m not used to the city yet, but I will be venturing out tomorrow to take a look! 뭔가 떨리지만... 막상 하면 또 잘하니까 ㅋㅋㅋ 아자아자!
