My Cardio Workout
So it' the new year and lots of people probably have a resolution to be more fit. I've been hella into fitness for three years now, and I have a solid weight-lifting, cardio, yoga, and full-body routine.
I used to be one of those people who would only do the core exercises, maybe some squats, and disregard cardio completely. BUT IT IS NECESSARY if you want to lose fat and really define your muscles. You can have the muscles, but if it's still covered in fat if you skipped the cardio like I used to do.
Anyways, here's my cardio work-out. Modify it to suit your needs, abilities, and goals!

50 jumping jacks
