Ingredients: 1 package of mini cream puffs about 24 pieces. 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup of heavy cream. 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Powdered sugar for dusting optional.
Instructions: Prepare the mini cream puffs according to the package instructions and let them cool. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, heavy cream, and unsalted butter. Microwave the chocolate mixture in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture. Take each mini cream puff and dip the top half into the melted chocolate mixture, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off. Place the chocolate-dipped cream puffs on a tray lined with parchment paper and let them set for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
