Day 11/80 AAA Today was not easy. It was emotional in ways that I didn’t want to admit and well take a look at my previous post and you’ll see where my head was at. But I pushed through. I got up, I changed clothes (had to break out the old Cap tee for the first hit at 80 obsession) and I got to it. It is almost three in the morning local time and I don’t care. I did it and I challenged myself with heavier weights and doubling bands but I think the real challenge I gave myself was not letting myself give into the excuses. A new chapter in my life is beginning and I do not plan to base it on excuses and half ass attempts. Feeling a little defeated this morning after a very loud and vocal fight with my scale this morning. (That was on my part, no my scale doesn't talk... heaven forbid if it did.)
