Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today was #Legday. I’m still sick but I just can’t wait for those gains. Thankfully it’s mostly in my head and nose but I’m still dripping from my nose and quite phlegmy so thankfully I can stay home, train and rest to get all better soon :D. I’m happy that my lower body is getting stronger; my curtsy lunges are feeling significantly easier and I LOVE it :D. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today was #TotalBodyCore day. I’m still bad at going to bed on time TT__TT and not getting distracted; but I think I’m getting marginally better. I’m so happy that Autumn changed it and didn’t make us do 10 Modified 1/2 Turkish Get Ups I’m making sure that I make notes so that I don’t have to do more reps than I have to. Not that I have an issue with doing more reps but especially with Modified 1/2 Turkish Get-ups I definitely felt that blood flow was leaving the working side arm on those lol. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today was #CardioCore day. I'm going to be honest and say that I skipped the first Cardio Core day of Phase 2. I didn't feel up to doing it whenever I was supposed to do it ^^;. I do feel like I have improved on most of the exercises. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! Today was #AAAday. I was on such a good track about getting my training done before I started work this morning; but then I got distracted by emails. I got an email from FromJapan about some auctions I won. That started me down the rabbit hole of looking for more good deals :’C. I guess at least I got some neat stuff from Japan. In my spreadsheet screenshot you can see the notes I made to myself for things I wanted to accomplish today because I wanted to try making a “To-do” list for later rather than interrupt my training and then go off on a tangent. It was going so well earlier TT__TT. I’m going to try again and harder tomorrow. Hello‌‌ ‌‌Lovelies‌ :D! It’s Day 21 and #Totalbodycore day. I had another cheat day after my birthday yesterday. It’s because I wanted to finish eating the goodies that would go bad. I had a delicious strawberries and cream sandwich with chocolate flakes. I’m SO happy that I had an easier time with the side plank moves this week!! I’m still not where I want to be in terms of strength and balance but I believe I’m significantly better than I was the last Total Body Core days.
