These seafood appetizer cups are a delightful combination of shrimp and crab nestled in crispy phyllo pastry cups. Perfect for entertaining or as a special treat, these savory bites are sure to impress your guests.
Ingredients: 12 mini phyllo pastry cups. 200g cooked shrimp, chopped. 200g cooked crab meat, flaked. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, flaked crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Arrange the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet. Fill each pastry cup with the seafood mixture, dividing it evenly among the cups. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each filled cup. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is heated through. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
