I ended my night with a treat from my favorite ate @jackaustria Thank you! What's on the table: ➡️Baba Ganoush = a dip of freshly roasted eggplant mixed with olive oil and persian spices. ➡️Beef Kebab = a skewer of beef kebab, served with grilled tomato and yogurt dip. ➡️Chicken Tikka = a skewer chicken Tikka, served with grilled tomato and yogurt dip. Borani/burani version of PERSIA GRILL is grilled mashed tomatoes, mixed with yogurt, chili sauce. I'm not an expert but I can taste pepper, garlic, and other spices ( maybe cumin?). This dip, brings out the goodnesss flavor of the meat but it is a stand out performer and could steal hearts on its own. Tip. We asked our server to help us make the burani/borani. He's too glad to do the mixing and mashing, he gave us his heart. 😂 Try it! You'll be inlove with burani/borani sauce in no time.
