From what I can find, between Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss, we have no non-binary characters but eleven pan characters.
The pan characters being: The Sin of Lust, The Sin of Gluttony, five succubi/incubi, two extremely openly horny demons (Blitzo and Chaz), an abusive pimp, and then an introverted grumpy cat.
While you don't have to be pan to be attracted to non-binary people, pansexuality/panromanticism inherently acknowledges the existence of genders outside the binary.
And there is nothing wrong with having some extremely openly horny pan characters but when nearly all of them are and with there being no non-binary characters, I don't think Viv knows what pan means.
I think Viv thinks that pans are just really horny and that's why all of them but Husk and Bee are extremely openly horny. Which is already a stereotype about pan people.
