Ingredients: 1 cup vegan chocolate sandwich cookies like Oreo, crushed. 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted. 1 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup coconut cream. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chopped peanuts. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped dates. 1/4 cup vegan caramel sauce. 1/4 cup coconut oil.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies and melted vegan butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely. In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut cream, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, and chopped dates over the peanut butter layer. In a small saucepan, melt the vegan caramel sauce and coconut oil together over low heat until smooth. Drizzle the caramel mixture over the pie. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, instant chocolate pudding mix, peppermint extract, and green food coloring if desired. Mix until the pudding thickens. Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 325F 160C. Melted butter and Oreo cookie crumbs should be combined in a bowl. To make the crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch 23 cm springform pan. Cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should be combined and beaten until smooth and creamy in a sizable mixing bowl. One egg at a time, adding and thoroughly mixing after each addition. Stir in the three kinds of chocolate chips and the sour cream. Over the Oreo crust in the springform pan, pour the cheesecake batter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the center is still slightly jiggly and the edges are set. After turning off the oven and opening the door, leave the cheesecake to cool for an hour. After taking the cheesecake out of the oven, chill it in the refrigerator for four hours or overnight to solidify. The chocolate ganache should be made ahead of time by simmering the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Take off the heat and transfer to a bowl with the white chocolate chips.
