Last full day.. Day 4.

Tonight is campfire, the only time I cry. It's one of my fave nights ever.

i cant stop thinking about the fact that its canon that perry is LITERALLY THE REASON THAT HARRY STOPPED STEALING SHIT. he’s been to jail 5 times, has a criminal record, tried to steal a toy for his niece back in new york, and then when he meets perry it all just changes. LITERALLY, AT THE END OF THE MOVIE, WHEN PERRY STILL HAS THE NECK BRACE ON HIS NECK AND HARRY’S HELPING HIM WALK IN THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE PERRY USED TO BE EXCLUSIVELY IN A WHEELCHAIR AFTER HE GOT SHOT, PERRY SAYS TO HARRY, AND I QUOTE: “Don’t steal anymore shit. You’re not a punk.” AND HARRY JUST STOPS.

oh, and you wanna know HOW perry van shrike even let himself be shot? HE TOOK THE FUCKING BULLET FOR HARRY. HE YELLED “HARRY, NO!” AND MOVED IN FRONT OF HARRY, SHOOTING THE GUY BUT ALSO GETTING SHOT HIMSELF IN THE PROCESS. HARRY WAS SHOT TOO, BUT NOT AS BAD. THAT JUST SHOWS HOW MUCH HE ACTUALLY GAVE A SHIT ABOUT HIM TOWARDS THE END OF THE MOVIE, BECAUSE AT THE BEGINNING/MIDDLE HE FUCKING DESPISED HIM. he even FELT BAD FOR HARRY when harry called him after he killed a guy for the first time. harry literally said, with tears in his eyes, staring at a dog who just ate his fucking finger: “Perry, I shot a guy. I’ve never done that before.” but he ends up hanging up before perry can actually comfort him, BUT PERRY’S VOICE LITERALLY SOFTENS UP SO MUCH. perry didn’t have to drive harry around at night trying to solve a case that he originally didn’t even think needed solving. but he DID. BECAUSE HE LOVED HIM FROM THE BEGINNING. HE LITERALLY ASKED, IN THE SOFTEST VOICE EVER: “Are you okay?” TO HARRY AFTER THEY BOTH GOT KIDNAPPED AND HARRY’S DICK WAS BEING TASED. WHAT HAPPENED TO NOT GIVING A FUCK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM, PERRY?

they only kissed ONCE in the movie, and PERRY initiated it because he didn’t want the cops to see the body they were hiding in their trunk, and afterwards harry started gagging and coughing. like, dude. i see the way you look at him, i know DAMN WELL you liked it. THEY WANTED TO KISS MORE THROUGHOUT THE MOVIE, BUT DIDNT.
