Puerto Rican artist and songwriter LUNAY emerged from Corozal, Puerto Rico. Rising rapidly through the Latin urban scene, he broke through with his hit single “Soltera”, which has amassed well over 1 billion streams on Spotify in its remix version with Bad Bunny and Daddy Yankee. The track also reached No. 3 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart and No. 66 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking LUNAY’s first entry on the all-genre chart and securing a spot in the year-end Hot Latin Songs top 10 for 2019.

Over the years, LUNAY has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the genre, including Rauw Alejandro, Wisin, Ozuna, Anuel AA, and Myke Towers, solidifying his presence within the Latin urban movement.

Fresh from attending AMIRI’s show today at Paris Fashion Week, Lunay is set to debut the track live for the first time tomorrow at Willy Chavarría’s FW26 runway, joining a standout roster of performers including Feid, Latin Mafia, Mon Laferte, and Mahmood.

Lunay captures the feeling of being completely in love and the determination to hold onto it. The track pairs heartfelt letters with sleek, rhythmic production, highlighting his ability to make emotional records that still hit with replay value. The release arrives alongside an official music video directed by Andrew Garcia, filmed in Puerto Rico, which visually captures the song’s central longing: a wish to never have to live without the one you love. The video moves between stark, lonely moments—him driving alone in a car or wandering through the Hotel Normandie, an abandoned building, when she is not there—and dreamlike scenes of the two together, filled with warmth and intimacy by the beach.
