Kurkumová ovesná kaše s čokoládou a mandarinkami

Ingredience:
Na 1 porci
70 g (bezlepkových) ovesných vloček10 cm kousek malé oloupané cukety (nemusí být)
200 ml rostlinného mléka dle výběru (doporučila bych kokosové) a/nebo voda podle potřeby
1/2 lžičky kurkumy
1/2 lžičky skořice (klidně víc :)
1/3 lžičky mletého kardamonu
javorový (nebo jiný) sirup podle chuti
hořká 85% čokoláda a mandarinky na ozdobu (použijte od obojího kolik chcete;)
Postup:
Vločky a nejamno nastrouhanou cuketu v hrnci zalijte mlékem a vodou a vařte na středním plameni. Přidejte koření. Míchejte ode dna a podle potřeby podlévejte vodou, vařte doměkka. Dozdobte nakrájenými mandarinkami a nasekanou čokoládou a případně i javorovým sirupem.

Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats. 2 cups non-dairy milk such as almond or soy milk. 1/3 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Pinch of salt. 1 cup mixed berries such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional, such as almonds or walnuts.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Rolling oats, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt should all be mixed together in a bowl. Mix everything together well. If you are using mixed berries and chopped nuts, add them slowly. Put the mix into a baking dish that has been greased. After the oven is hot, bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal is set. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve. If you want, you can serve it warm with extra berries and a drizzle of maple syrup on top. Have fun!
