Unstraight-passability: being perceived (passable) as not straight; having a nonstraight characteristics/presentation; considering your appearance or expression as straināt (straightnāt). Synonymy with queer-passing and gay-passing.
Passing/blending/assimilatingĀ has become controversial as āpassingā can imply that one is not genuinely what they are passing as. But since many people are there using -presenting and -expressive terms, folks surely can use unstraight-passing to describe themselves.
This flag explicitly is in favor of self-determination, we wonāt accept BERFs and other REG/monosexists using it to delegitimize ultrics and duaric queerics. Also this isnāt essentially the same as being gender nonconforming, since some can conform gender roles while not conforming orientation cues. -Ap

People need to get over the idea that there needs to be a non-straight or transgender character in everything. Is diversity and representation good? Yes, but at the end of the day, it's the designers choice and it's the developers games. If you want more transgender and non-straight characters, go into the field, make games, make a game YOU want to play. There's almost no excuse with all the easy-to-use and free tools there are out there.
Why do religious people feel the need to protest against people who are not straight. Now I'm not saying that all religious people do this. But to the ones that do, why does it matter to you? Why is it any of your concern who people want to love?
Ok so I was just thinking about people who claim that not being straight is a mental illness. (Letās put aside for a moment that is not only offensive to non-straight people but people with mental illness.) Say being gay/pan/bi etc was a āmental illnessā why is it one that needs to be fixed? Itās not harming anyone, itās not creating or causing a nuisance. The reason we treat people with mental illnesses is because they are harming themselves and sometimes the people around them. If a non-straight person is harming themselves itās usually because of the discrimination they have to face every day. So in actual fact really, āhomophobicā people are causing more mental health issues by being arseholesā¦ And yet why is there not a phobia against people with mental illnesses, if people can be āhomophobicā and being gay is a mental illness then surely youāre being phobic of mental illnesses!?
Idk. I donāt feel like Iāve got out what I wanted to say, itās early morning, but you get the gist. (Also when I say the being non-straight is a mental illness is offensive to people with mental illnesses, I mean it demoralises and belittles people who actually suffer from depression or anxiety etc)
