These boys would much rather prefer longer hair. Not because they’re pretentious or anything, they just like the look of it. Personally, i don’t see any of them really being into a girl with shorter hair at first glance. If you had long hair and just decide to cut it super short, i don’t think they’d be devastated, but they would miss playing with your long hair.

At first glance, i don’t think they’d really care about your hair, they’d be more into your face and voice, etc. But i think if you gave them the option, they’d want you to grow it out at least to shoulder length—of course, they’d NEVER expect you to do that for them just because they said so.
