i lowkey hate when im talking about my kin and someone says "OMG HII OTHER ME!!" like im sure it's /lh and they just love doubles. but if i don't specifically say i like doubles??thats kind of??not cool?? some kins are very personal and doubles make me uncomfortable to the point where im sobbing about it so im worried that will happen if i dont put "doubles make me uncomfortable" on everything but that's probably just my anxiety talking
im not blaming them because its up to me to say doubles dni or similar but ive had this happen to me so many times and i dont like itðŸ˜ðŸ˜
i also dont like being referred to as "another you". we're the same character but . we're not the same person o.o

brush your hair/fur!
use moisturizers or other skincare products to keep your scales/skin/etc healthy and cared for (or use extra to feel a bit better if you're amphibious at all)!
take time out in nature! just connect to yourself! try to find time to go to a few different biomes if they’re nearby to connect to different parts of yourself!
try all sorts of different vocals! just have fun!
relax and watch some nature documentaries!
get some comforting snacks or teas that remind you of your kintypes!
get some plushes, chewellery, and fidgets/stimtoys that remind you of your kintypes or help with certain instincts. (like biting, packs, etc)! and have a selfcare night!
