When did this character realize their identity? How did they initially feel about that realization?

For Cloudthunder - as a form of stress relief during Lakestar’s reign, she would engage in escapism daydreaming when she could afford it. Part of those escapist fantasies was finding a beautiful mate who would give her cuddles and compliments and care about what she thinks and says and all that romantic jazz. She clocked herself as pansexual when she learned that no, Cloudthunder, most mollies only think of toms, not just. Any cat whatsoever that fits her standards, gender and sex completely irrelevant. Welp

As much as I understand, given her jaw was broken by a false Talontooth (no one taught her that) and Morning froze for a few seconds (understandable), I can sympathize with her thought process and I know how there’s a certain individual that you simply cannot get along with, despite not having much reason to. And I know how Morning feels, not knowing what you can do to make up for something that you don’t even know what for.

Sometimes you do everything right, nothing wrong, and you still get hurt.

If Morning didn’t freeze for those few short moments, would Perch still dislike her as much as she does? Would she still find a reason to avoid her?

Morningspot wouldn’t snap at a cat yelling at her, even if they really tried. She’s scared of actually hurtful and threatening things. Like root monsters. And taxes //joke
