Mentor: Bushmask

Darkpetal’s (103) kits have been made apprentices!  Sunpaw (6) is apprenticed to Peakspots (32), as the young warrior is ready to have her first apprentice.  Airpaw (6) is Bushmask’s (74) newest apprentice, as their personalities should mesh well together.  He also hasn’t had the chance to train an apprentice to a full warrior, as his only previous apprentice, Mountainpaw, died when he was nine moons old.  Stonefreckle (47) is a tiny bit jealous that he wasn’t chosen as Airpaw’s mentor, but his mother scolds him and explains that he will get his chance eventually.  There was a small skirmish with TulipClan (Darkpetal’s previous Clan), and Brightfalcon (107) ended up needing to fight.  Bushmask was impressed by the skill that the Healer showed in battle.  Shardfrost (43) tends to underestimate Darkpetal, as the other cat has a very weak wind blessing, but even he can do much with it with creativity.  In the battle, he managed to distract an opponent with a gust of wind and used that to chase him off.  Shardfrost wonders how she could use something similar in battle, but with water.  Rosemaryquake (21) keeps hearing whispers that she almost recognizes.  She thinks she’s going crazy, but it’s actually just Stormrush trying to contact her daughter from StarClan.
