Cuban Style Pulled Pork Tacos with Mojo Verde (recipe)

Inspired by the South-American kitchen I made these Cuban style Pulled Pork Tacos with Mojo Verde. I used the Napoleon spitroast and charcoal tray to test how well it works for long sessions. You can put the pork neck on a regular grid too! Delicious smoke taste with the beech wood I used!

Mojo Verde Sauce – use it with potatoes, fish, chicken and especially pork!

This sauce is from the Canary Islands and typically served with the fantastic small, salt encrusted potatoes known as Papas Arrugadas (recipe coming). There is a red version which is good but this ones mean and green. Lo que tienen de especial estas patatas es el corte en láminas (típico sueco), que a parte de quedar súper elegante en la presentación, hace que la patata se ase mejor en su interior y coja todo el sabor de las especias que uses para condimentarlas.
