A delightful mini burger twist on the classic BLT sandwich. These Teeny Tiny BLT Burgers are bursting with flavor and make for a perfect snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients: 4 small burger patties beef, chicken, or veggie. 4 mini burger buns. 4 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of tomato. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon ketchup. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Season the burger patties with salt and pepper. Grill or cook the burger patties until they reach your desired level of doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium. While the burgers are cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl to make the sauce. Toast the mini burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers: spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by a burger patty, a slice of cheese, a slice of tomato, and a slice of bacon. Top with the other half of the bun and secure with a toothpick. Serve your Teeny Tiny BLT Burgers hot and enjoy!
