Sometimes I remember that this fandom has a conservative side and a woke side and sometimes it's baffling to see the difference.
You'll find people on Goodreads ABADONING the series because Unraveled had 2 background characters happened to be LGBT and Keefe said homosexuality is cool.
I get people have beliefs but it's TWO BACKGROUND CHARACTERS AND A FEW PAGES!?! I heard a review saying "we don't need to know what adults do in bed"...the book has mentions of ALICORN BREEDING. They keep saying this is inappropriate behavior for a middle school book (hint word: Middle school) while the book has mentions of drugs, burnout, PTSD, scarring, people dying, grief, SLAVING(goblins), children put into basically punishment prisons (Exillium)and a person being crushed by a door. Hello!?!
And then there's tumblr where you can find Fintante, Sophiana, Kam, and Marelinh and being ecstatic about LGBT representation in the book :) (sorry for my poor grammar)
