This is the kind of legendary signet that arises maybe every other century, and most often comes from the bond between an especially nurturing type of person and an especially powerful kind of dragon. The only time it has ever arisen in recorded history was between one of the earliest people to bond, and a green Elder. It is speculated that an Irid might bond with a person suitable for such a signet, however the likelihood of such a person having come out of the Riders' Quadrant is laughable, given the way the Quadrant tends to shape future riders through brutality and callousness.
