🔥 FEATURE FRIDAY 🔥 “The hardest thing about getting started is getting started. For the last 12 years, in any photo I’ve been in you can tell I’m hiding. It’s either a selfie or a photo where my body is behind another person or object. When Lucy asked for my progress photos my immediate reaction was no way. I was willing to do the workouts, eat the food (I knew she was going to make me eat donuts) and join the coaching calls but photos were not going to be something I did. Lucy held my hand and talked me through this part and we decided that it was time to stop hiding. It was time to show my body. And so we flipped the switch. We hid my face instead of my body. This is both the scariest and the best thing I’ve ever done and if I didn’t just start, who knows where I’d be today”.
