PANCAKE SUNDAY 🥞 Thick, fluffy and loaded with protein. You’ve got to try whipping up a batch of these 😁 RECIPE 1 cup flour 1/2 cup quick oats 2 tsp b.powder 1 tsp cinnamon 2 egg whites 1 cup milk (normal or almond) 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen Pinch salt 🥞 MAKE EM’ - Toss flour, oats, salt, b.powder and cinnamon in large bowl. In a separate medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Whisk in sugar and yogurt until well combined. - Combine dry and wet and stir gently (go easy, don’t over mix). Add blueberries. - Heat pan with some coconut oil or butter. Drop about 1/4 cup batter and cook for about 1 min. Careful on the flip but if you eff it up who cares!
