I believe a lot of people overlook the fact that Saturn is a supportive and comfortable place for Libra (Venus). Let's start chipping away at the idea that certain signs are only good in one domain and it's their entire personality. For example, Libras. Silm Oc basic bio — Líbran is a Maia of Mandos and serves as a sentinel in the Halls of Mandos. Based off Biblical angels, Líbran’s usual form is a salamander-like creature with a mask similar to a person (elf or man), covered in eyes that can monitor all surroundings. The eyes serve as security and the body serves as a vessel to travel over all terrain, particularly ceilings. Although unsettling, Líbran doesn’t disturb the spirits in Mandos: primarily only guarding the doors, Vairë’s weavings, and any prisoners. Líbran’s other form is similar in appearance to Kodama, or tree spirits. This form is taken when Líbran leaves the Halls to explore or spy on travelers in the forests between Mandos and Lórien. Because of the psychedelic state of Lórien, this form was chosen because it’s not uncommon to be seen in dreams/trips. Líbran’s fair form is made for the comfort of the elves in Valinor. Although sexless and androgynous, Líbran is usually identified as masculine due to his clothing choices, which are based off traditional hakama. He is shorter and more petite than other Maiar, very pale and light due to his service inside dark halls. Líbran rarely enters Valinor unless on errands, or to spy on those who attract his interest in later stories. Líbran was tasked primarily with the guarding of Melkor’s prison cell.
