Off no sleep in 48 hours still managed to get my workout in. Did cramp up a lot afterwards from lack of hydration but never the less got in the work. Squats Squats 6x4 315lbs SUPASET Legs press 4x12 Box jumps 4x10 SUPASET Hip Thrust 4x12 Body ball Squats 4x25 ⚠️ Tip ⚠️ In case you see that you hips may be lacking in certain movements (ie. my box jump my hips don’t push all the way forward) it’s time for you to stretch out those hips and strengthen those glutes. Cardio doesn't always have to be boring! I'm getting more comfortable with CrossFit type HIIT training. I'm more confident in my box jumps. I actually enjoy then now lol. Added battle ropes into the mix. I had no idea how to do them. I'll learn. Then ball slams. Who knew picking up a ball and slamming it into the ground would be so hard. This was by far the funniest I have had doing cardio in a long time.
