Bicep work out so good my face melted! Cable high curls have been my go to bicep exercise latley. What I enjoy most about them is that I can fully extend my bicep before I pull to complete the exercise. Giving the muscle more time to stretch out. Plus the constant tension of the cable makes me slowly release the tension. Cable work is clutch and you can use cables on pretty much every muscle group. I took this about year ago. The crazy thing is that the buliding isn't even there anymore. It got demolished earlier this year. The building was the auditorium for my town for 50+ years. It would have been way too much money and effort to modernize it.
