Only one meal today today ,had a coconut before eating this. I don’t eating meat often but , I went to @traderjoes today saw this lamb steak 🥩 it’s grass fed no hormones etc ••• So I got it for dinner with some mushroom basil from my brother joe too 😂 Meat take long time to digest to I don’t eat meat regularly, but once awhile eating once is ok 👍🏻 the reason I added kimchi and broccoli sprouts is to help digest this meat with afterward I had digestive enzyme and kombucha tea . The reason I didn’t add any carbohydrates in ,it’s because carb and protein doesn’t goes well in your stomach, makes your digestion so much slower. If you like you can follow me @nutritionaswhole Ingredients Grass fed lamb leg steak 🥩 Organic basil 🌿 Organic crimini mushrooms 🍄 Kimchi Organic broccoli sprouts Celtic salt 🧂 Organic black pepper Organic butter 🧈 Organic garlic 🧄 How did I cook the steak ? I cut one cube of butter into the pan high heat, seal this piece of meat .
