Just remembered when this guy I know, who's a massive fan of the band Lambchop, went to see them in a town a few hours away. He arrived several hours early and it was raining so he went in a pub and "accidentally" got blackout drunk. He came to in a curry house with an empty plate in front of him and the waiter prodding him awake. Unsure of where he was, he paid and staggered outside where he heard music coming from a venue across the street. He went in, saw who was playing and shouted "fookin 'ell, it's Lambchop!" over a particularly quiet part and was astonished when all his friends turned round and glared at him like the awkward party meme.
