I am curious about trying dandelion tea, green tea supplements, and black coffee with adaptogenic mushrooms in it. I'm talking about lion's mane, cordyceps, etc. I also need to invest in a gym membership, food conducive to health, etc.

I will slowly ease into a gym routine after I get into a good college routine. At least everything can be managed since I can drive, now. Things felt way more out of reach before I got my vehicle.

I need to think more about planning hiking trips and using my CPAP as much as possible. To get more acclimated to CPAP use, I need to talk to my treatment team at least sometimes. I started ignoring the supply company because I was afraid they would repossess it since I (still) didn't get enough hours in with it.

I'll try to schedule an appointment with a sleep doc as soon as it feels right to me. The doctor can help me re-establish communication with the company that sends me the supplies.
