Yokohama Cup Noodles Museum has a food court called NOODLES BAZAAR, eight food stands that sell noodles in small-portion dishes, from various different countries. I like how it is neatly decorated to make you feel as if you were ordering these in a alley full of food stalls...
Ordered two dishes this time. The first one was Lagman, a dish from Central Asia - it felt like a rich and nutritious comfort food, prepared with mutton meat and oyster sauce. The second one was Lanzhou Beef Ramen - a popular noodle dish in Lanzhou, China. A diced beef and noodles soup with lots of spicy ingredients, such as Sichuan pepper and red peppers!

One of the best things about Kazakhstan is its cuisine. Meat lovers will definitely love it (sorry vegans). Just to name a few dishes we’ve tried (left to right): lagman, shashlyk (shish-kebab), beshbarmak (cooked by our relatives). And it’s all local fresh lamb!
O Казахской кухне можно говорить долго. Но в двух словах: очень вкусно! Мясоеды действительно оценят местные блюда. Выше фото нескольких, что нам довелось попробовать (слева направо): лагман, шашлык, бешбармак (его нам любезно приготовили родственники). И все это из баранины!
