Remember well it’s sunny cause we were complaining hot af before staycation check in otw and Isaac was like NO you should be grateful no rain (cause it’s been raining consecutively the whole week) Anyway, we found out about this lala bihun ( clam rice vermicelli ) cause Yy saw it on some post online ? And there was still a Q at 230pm 😪 had to separate 2 tables cause SOP idk bout now tho. the signature lala noodles soup (RM12? / USD 3). Tastefully spicy flavourful I love the Chinese wine taste in the soup. Also, the generous amount of lala (clams )given is so satisfying. if you don’t like spicy it doesn’t suit you. Lala fried bihun my friends love it more . I find it more bland as compared to the signature spicy wine soup. The wok hei is not bad . My search for burrata is finally over 👼 found it in @lurettad.o.p.italiandeli inside Isetan ! Finally somewhere that’s not in KL city( where almost all burrata is ) So burrata is like shredded mozzarella cheese wrapped inside a layer of cheese skin which makes it super creamy.- my description lol. Glad to know they have takeaway versions ! So There is cows milk burrata (RM25) and Buffalo milk burrata (RM38). Pretty reasonable priced as compared to some ARTISANAL burrata at desa park city area (bout rm40-50) meh . Goes so well with the meiji crackers and truffle paste . 😂 I’m a fan of oysters ( as seen on my story lol) ! So this place has more reasonable priced Japanese food - variety of choices I would say . Fried oyster here( the battered somehow gone wrong or something lol the odd shape ) as compared to most other restaurants , is not sky high priced clocking in at RM 16 (USD 4) So this place serves fresh oysters too ! RM 13 (USD 3.5) for the ones from America I think and they only had Japanese ones at the moment bout RM 24 (USD 8) The price difference we found out is due to the fact fried ones are frozen oysters. Nevertheless, fried still taste like ur Malaysian fried oyster 😣can’t compare with japan it’s too good there.
