Make your own crispy and spicy KFC Zinger Chicken Burger in the air fryer. It's a delicious copycat recipe that's perfect for burger lovers.
Ingredients: 2 boneless chicken breasts. 1 cup buttermilk. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cornstarch. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of cheese. 4 tbsp mayonnaise. 4 tbsp hot sauce. Vegetable oil for air frying.
Instructions: Put the chicken in buttermilk and let it sit in the fridge for an hour. Spices like paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl. Spread out the chicken as you dip it in the flour mixture. Warm the air fryer up to 190C 375F. Use a little vegetable oil to grease the air fryer basket. Put the chicken in the basket and air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, turning it over every so often, until it's golden brown and crispy. Put the buns in the air fryer for two minutes to toast them while the chicken cooks. Put mayonnaise and hot sauce on both halves of the bun. On the bottom bun, put lettuce first, then a slice of cheese. Put the chicken on top of the cheese when it's done, then put the top bun on top. If you make your own KFC Zinger Chicken Burger, serve it hot and enjoy!
