This chicken on a sheet pan with balsamic glaze is easy to make and tastes great. It's perfect for a quick dinner during the week. The tangy-sweet glaze gives the soft chicken breasts a great depth of flavor.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar. 3 tablespoons honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh rosemary for garnish optional.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put honey, balsamic vinegar, and minced garlic in a small saucepan. Over medium-low heat, bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until it has been cut in half. Put away. Put chicken breasts on a baking sheet that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Put olive oil on the chicken breasts and season them with salt and pepper. Spread the balsamic glaze out on the chicken breasts by brushing it on them. Put the chicken in an oven that has already been heated up for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and reaches 165F 75C. If you want, you can add fresh rosemary as a garnish before serving.
