What the what?! Had an incredible time with notorious Bernadette Henry, infamously know as @bernapril20 from @makeitfunnyc this afternoon. She's one of the best jump rope magicians walking around. If you wasn't following her before, you're doing yourself such a disservice. She's been everywhere from the Dr. Oz show to a very popular Advil commercial that's been floating around for quite some time. She helped me correct my technique a bit, taught me a double under within minutes and got a good sweat in. Such a great woman inside and out. You'll love her like I do. Pinky swear.
