I wanted us to last longer than we did. And even though we've been done for what seems like forever, I learned that we should never stay with someone who can go about their day without talking to you and without giving you a reason for their silence. I realized that you should never wait for someone to give you their attention, and yo should never be put in a situation, where youβre doubting whether they love you or not. Because unsaid words burn the most, and faded feelings are not something that should be ignored. And I walked away, because as much as I love you, I respect myself enough to know that I wonβt stay with someone who makes me wonder if I am good enough.
