Tuesday WOD: 100m sprint 30 lunges 10x Strength: 5x3 w/5 sec pause Back Squat at 60% 1RM METCON: 21-15-9 Calorie row Pull ups Push ups I am a working progress. I repeat this all the time. I used 126# for my back squats here and that 5 sec pause was harder than I assumed. The handstand push ups are getting better. I feel stronger and I am now touching my head on the mats but i cannot drop lower than two mats. I am determined!!
