On top of that, one needs to perform specific hand motions with detached joy-con controllers in order to activate it. The hand gestures are reminiscent of those made by Iwata during Nintendo Direct presentations.
You might wonder how Golf is a tribute to Iwata. Many know Iwata as the Nintendo president. Before that, he was a programmer, and Golf was one of the titles he worked on. Since Golf is in every Switch, a piece of code written by Iwata is also on every system. Thatâs beautiful, quite frankly.
