An interesting connection I’ve noticed of myself is the more hydrated I am the more motivated I am to workout. Days where I don’t keep up on my water intake as well I find i have less of a desire to workout that day and the next. If I drastically up my water intake or keep myself at a very high hydration level I find I feel much more motivated and look forward to training. Not saying this will work for everyone but if you’re struggling with getting yourself up and going or lacking drive to exercise try bumping the water intake up for a few days.
