Nintendo technically started 1889, but by the 1970âs they started messing with opto-electronics along with their gamesâ which lines up around the startup of the initial Internet idea: ARPANET.... in the 60âs (around the timeframe of things like MK Ultra...)
Well.
1973: University College of London (England) and Royal Radar Establishment (Norway) link up to ARPANET. âInternetâ is coined as a term for the first time.
1974: The official first ISP is created and ARPANET commercializes itself under âTelenetâ
1984: William Gibson, author of "Neuromancer," is the first to use the term "cyberspace."
You get the first domain (symbolics.com) in 1985....
1989: world.std.com = 1st commercial provider of -dial-up access- to the Internet.
1991: CERN lets the WWW loose on the Publicâ
1992: Kirbyâs Dreamland Comes Out.
1993: The number of websites reaches 600 and the White House and United Nations go online. Marc Andreesen develops the Mosaic Web browser at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. The number of computers connected to NSFNET grows from 2,000 in 1985 to more than 2 million in 1993. The National Science Foundation leads an effort to outline a new Internet architecture that would support the burgeoning commercial use of the network.
1993: Nightmare is introduced through Kirbyâs Adventure.
1995: Kirbyâs Dreamland 2 Comes Out, ?! aka âDark Matterâ is introduced.
1997: Kirbyâs Dreamland 3 Comes out, featuring a secret extra boss, â0â
2000: Kirby 64: Crystal Shards come out featuring Dark Matter attempting to attack a crystal on planet Ripple Star. The second incarnation of 0, 0 Squared is featured here. You do not see Ripple, Ripple Star, or Zero Squared again after the game but Dark Matter still keeps going.....
2003: You revisit Kirbyâs Adventure in a remake; âKirby Nightmare in Dreamland.â
the plotline and internet timeline are very alike....
The latest story-led game (Kirby Star Allies) that came out in 2018; featured a new incarnation of Zero as âVoidâ, which becomes Void Terminaâ due to negative energy.
Now its melted w/ Kirby.... purifying the Evil energy;
All the while thereâs this fractured, mechanical contraption which I think is supposed to be a wishing star/comet known as Nova and then the OS is rebooted as Star Dream (Mother Computer) which was corrupted by the dink donk guy who made it but it was consuming what was left of his data and was rebuilding its own heart....
Iâm still compiling a lot of this in part to the Oracle, partially from Source....
Star Dreamâ Itâs like.... think GLaDOS; think with Portals.
Idk, I think its the Holy Grail....
